Motivation and Education

Consist of schools, community and online inspirational programmes that involve fun, developmental and hidden curriculum activities that support children and young people develop key life skills to enhance self-esteem, improve mental health and develop transferable skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving skills, whilst improving resilience.

Employability Skills and Development

Our Employability Skills Development workshops and work experience opportunities teach basic employability skills to teenagers in schools, school leavers, and young men and women. BiG offers stand-alone work experience opportunities, as well as those associated with the BiG YSA Volunteers Scheme, our employment journey programmes.
